Your First Visit
During your initial appointment, we’ll carry out a thorough assessment, taking a comprehensive history of your symptoms, medical record, occupation, lifestyle and goals. We will then undertake a full physical examination assessing joint mobility, muscle strength and performing region specific tests. Collectively these findings will enable us to find the cause for your symptoms and discuss your treatment options in detail. Our aim is to make you feel as relaxed, informed and comfortable as possible throughout your visit.
Although we’re unable to provide a formal chaperone unless a member of our administration staff is available, you’re very welcome to bring someone with you if you’d feel more comfortable.
(Please note: Patients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.)

Health Insurance
We are recognised by a number of major health insurance providers. If you plan to claim for treatment, please contact your insurer before your first appointment to confirm your cover. You may need a GP or specialist referral and will be given a policy and claim reference number—please bring these with you when you attend.

Opening Times
We’re open Monday to Friday, with appointment times typically available between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Evening & weekend appointments may also be available—please contact us for details.

Session length
Each treatment session lasts 40 minutes, allowing us enough time to deliver high-quality, personalised care. While some clinics offer shorter sessions, we believe this is the minimum time required to achieve meaningful results.

Parking & Accessibility
The clinic has its own allocated parking spaces, including a disabled parking bay right by the entrance. If this is available, you are welcome to use it—no permits needed.
We are fully accessible, with ground floor access and a disabled toilet on site.
