On your first visit we will fully assess you taking into account your previous medical history, work and lifestyle before making a diagnosis. We will then discuss this with you, and the options for treatment. We will try to make you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide a formal chaperone for you, however, if you would like to bring a chaperone with you then please feel free to do so.
(we do ask that patients under the age of 16 are accompanied by a responsible adult at all times).
We are recognised by most insurance companies. If you wish to claim through an insurance company, please ensure that they know you are coming for the treatment, before your first appointment so give them a ring to obtain a Policy and Claim reference number which we will require from you on your first visit . Most insurance companies require a referral from your GP or Specialist and they may need to sign your claim form.
The clinic is open Monday to Friday. We generally have appointments from 8.00 am until 6.00 pm. Some evening appointments are available. Home visits during the day can generally be accommodated.
How long are the sessions?
Treatment sessions last 40 minutes. Many clinics provide less. We feel this is the minimum time needed to provide our top quality service.
The clinic has allocated parking spaces, including a disabled parking space next to the front door. If this is free, please park there, you won’t be clamped ! The clinic has full disabled access, and is on the ground floor with a disabled toilet.
